What is this and why does it matter?
During a recent work hiatus, I knew I needed to sit down and ask myself some powerful and big questions – the ones I used to ask my students and colleagues during times of change, uncertainty or transition, but this time felt different. I felt compelled to sit and listen first. No writing, no asking, no sharing. When I could unplug from the noise around me – I was left with space. And the ability to tap into my inner world to gain clarity and direction I was seeking the most. Following my journey, I felt inspired to document my process along the way, which is what this workbook is – my process. This workbook captures the steps and questions I used to unstick and un-suck my life in a major way. I hope you can use it to do the same or inspire your own journaling practice.
