She brings over a decade of experience as a people developer, experience designer, and systems builder. She has built teams, experiences, and internal structures that bring clarity to complex work—supporting skill-building, strong execution, and sustainable outcomes. Working across workforce development, EdTech, higher education, and early childhood education, Emily has developed a deep understanding of how people learn and work within complex systems—and how thoughtful design can improve both experience and outcomes.
At the core of Emily’s work is a commitment to human-centered design and thoughtful strategy. She blends facilitation, coaching, and systems thinking to create alignment and momentum in order to move the work forward. She holds a Master’s in Education and Leadership, is a certified professional coach, and brings practical expertise in organizational development and experience design—grounded in real-world application.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys time with family, reading and writing, and creative rituals—often involving coffee.
